How long do we hire the inflatable for?
We want you to have as much fun as possible when hiring our bouncy castles. We will get to you as early as possible and ensure you get upto 8 hours of bouncy fun.

Can the bouncy castle be picked up the following morning?
Of course, we can collect the bouncy castle the next morning if that is easier for you, just speak to us to discuss your requirements.
What if there is a problem with the inflatable?
You can always contact us at any time if you have any problems with the bouncy castle or inflatable. We will not charge to come out and fix the problem either.
We have an indoor party in a hall, can I still hire a bouncy castle?
Absolutely, all we would need to know is the height and access to the building so we can decide which bouncy castle will be suitable.
I need a bouncy castle immediately, how much notice do you need?
We offer en extremely speedy service so just gives us a call and we will let you know immediately which bouncy castles we have in stock for you to hire.
Can we have the Bouncy Castle for more than a day?
Yes certainly, we offer special prices for longer periods of hire for our bouncy castles. Give us a call to discuss how long you want to hire it for.
Can we hire more than one bouncy castle?
we often get asked to hire 2 or more bouncy castles, usually to cater for younger and older kids (and adults too). We also offer discounts when ordering more than 1 bouncy castle.
What payments do you take for the bouncy castle hire?
We take card or cash payments. Card payments can be taken before we arrive or you can pay on delivery of your inflatable.
What happens if it rains during the hire of the bouncy castle?
Our bouncy castles have rain covers attached (unless otherwise stated) so these can be kept inflated during showers and dried off with a towel after, ready to use again. We would hate for rain to ruin your party.
Can your inflatables be used by adults?
We know there are many adults who want a sneaky bouncy on our bouncy castles. We have strict guidelines of use on all of our bouncy castles. Some of the bouncy castles are suitable for adults and we will let you know in advance.
Most of our inflatables are only suitable for children to use our equipment this is for safety, insurance and to meet manufacturers safety guidelines for each product.
Do you offer supervision for your bouncy castles or inflatables?
We can absolutely supervise your event. Obviously this will incur an extra charge so please discuss this with our team when you book a bouncy castle
How much space do I need in my garden for the inflatables?
For safety reasons we require that there is at least 4ft in front and behind the bouncy castle or inflatable to allow space for the inflating equipment at the back and access for children at the front.
Please ensure that all garden equipment and tools are cleared form the garden to avoid accidents to children and damage to the inflatables.
Do I need to provide anything for the bouncy castle?
We supply everything you need to enjoy your day, all you need to supply is the electricity to power the blower.
Do I have to have the bouncy castle on grass?
The bouncy castles need to be positioned on grass,
Bouncy castles need to be fixed to the ground one way or another. When they are on grass they can be simply pegged into the ground as you would a tent.
Please notify us on booking of the inflatable as to what type of ground we will be installing on.
